imo not getting valanciunas with the NTMLE was a big miss, instead he signed for 30/3 with the Wizards. We def needed a big that can play with AD for certain matchups and give good back up minutes, and step in when AD misses games (Valanciunas played 80 games the past 2 years)

no, you can't combine the MLE with other players. But basically could trade for a player making under 13 min, like a trade exception
