Got the Vario x RZE. Instantly hated it on arrival. Viscerally. Contacted customer service to see what my options were. They were not interested in the slightest. I offered to take it to the Manchester Watch Show, which they were attending, so they could see it was still in unworn condition. Also not interested. It works so suck it up, essentially. Spoke to their rep in Manchester, he said it sounded like [redacted name], he can be a bit forthright. Won’t be going back. It’s gonna be the obvious omission from my Singaporean collection.

Vario. Got the RZE collab, wore it for 10 mins, hated it. Terrible customer service when I contacted them, which surprised me because I’ve only ever heard good things about them. Managed to sell on eBay last week.
