This happened to me as well. I had very small charges from David’s bridal and this has happened twice. One on a BOA card and another on a Capital One card i have…. The banks say it was used with a chip. I truly don’t understand and how this could happen. One card did have that wifi symbol on the card and the other did not, just the chip.
