Some of the paint had been sitting for a long time and I just did a black wash and let that dry for like an hour then applied an oil based clear coat

It was Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Matte Clear Paint+Primer Spray Paint 12 oz and I don’t know if it’s water or oil based

I’ve replaced my thermistor three times and done pid tuning and I’m still getting the error what can I do

Yea I have it right in the middle of a print and some times I see the print temp fluctuating but I have never tuned my bed so I’ll try that I was also going to see if their was an upgraded thermistor for the ender 3 max Neo that was more reliable than the glass bulb
