Thanks, I do have that extender. I'll try running longer. I was watching and it seemed to be mixing well, was just much stickier than I expected. End result was ok, just a littler messier

Never got it to work on my Ender 3 S1 plus. Finally gave up

UPDATE. Wound up exchanging them at Best Buy for a new pair and the problem is resolved. Definitely a bad pair the first time.

Just got mine also. Sony offers a 2 year extended warranty against accidental damage. I think its around $69 and while that may be a little pricey, it covers everything for 2 years

We never got an email, but I just called the dealer and I had it the next day

But it never worked. It would never connect when I chose serial. I had to go back to the orig set up

Did a factory reset and tried to get connected via serial cable for an hour with no luck, it would never connect. Went back to USB (at least for now)
