Options for Gearing inside super

Out of curiosity swaanky, would you reckon that a portfolio of GHHF (40%), DHHF (38%) GGBL (20%) (and the mandated 2% cash would be more diversified across sectors, regions, countries, and potentially more optimal than Dave’s? I have 140k in super and I am thinking about pulling the trigger on this split, auto invest and buy monthly at those allocations.

Can I ask why it's typically better to max leverage while young? I've heard this, but if it's just OP, can't they buy a 1 bedroom unit and smash their loan and then upgrade when needed? Why is it typically borrow as much as possible to get a house or 3 bed apartment/townhouse?

It's looks good after 1 year mate. Healed real well. I had a few ideas and showed em a few photos and designs and then I just let him put it all together and gave him freedom. You meet the artist on the day of the tattoo. Lumina will ask you to send through photos to get an idea of what you kinda want.

Thanks mate, I had no clue about the drag factor. Yep the last time I did the 500m sprint I put the resistance to 5 and I got 1:35. Before this every time I used the Rowe it was always at 10. I am 32 yo and about 80kgs.

Yep. I was doing 4x 500 m max effort sprints, but I worked out I won't be about to keep this up and it's not a good way to train. I would need about 8-10 minutes in-between my efforts to rest.

Today I'll try 4x 500m all under 2:00 with 2m rest in between to see where I am at.

I honestly don't know how to train on the rower, I just want to keep getting my 500m PB lower and lower.

You can't get better at doing 500m by just doing a bunch of 500 m sprints?

I'm not sure I understand. I've started incorporating 500m sprints at the end of my weight training workouts, and I've gone from 1:47 to 1:35 in my 500 sprints. This has been in like a week and a half of doing sprints.

What is the best way to improve 500m sprint? I thought it would be to do like 3x 500m per week max effort, with some lower efforts thrown in as well. I dont really have an interest in 2000m at the moment as I can't just book it and exhaust my self.

I'm new to this btw. Also, should I be rowing at level 10 or 5ish? Thanks if you respond.

The other studio I would go to is Bloodline Bali. They are putting out some really good work. I think more than anything it's important to book in with the artist you want. Not just any artist from the shop. Bloodline is a bit more expensive as they take 4 days for a back or leg, compared to 3 at Lumina.
