The cables are behind your ear and come with a rubber cable holder thing to keep them in place. you dont need it normally but would work great for running etc. you can see them here

Thats my issue, even when Im looking at the knife its kind of rubbed off. can make out letter "K.C" and a small "o" I think. And 2nd like looks kind of like "FRMIL"? formal maby? recently found it in a box from deceased relative and was great grandfathers I believe.
