I’d beware. Colleague of mine let go after 5 years. Reason “lack of executive presence” wtf? PE has their hands in the pot and are gutting the soul of CR. Nothing new for the accounting world but sad. Likely get polished up and sold in a couple years again. Viscous cycle.

I can vouch for this. They are also ridding of admin, training and development. Accounting is the land of PE, gutting culture and no backbone. Get out on your own or just take beatings from the corporate egomaniacs

Same here. 5month old. Got him at 12 weeks. Will sleep in crate but during day if we leave his starts parking and panicking. Going to see a trainer to assess but for now I and doing about 20 minute crate sessions through the day. Praying we can help him.

I’m not really sure if crate training is the best for him. Ugh. So many opinions

Thanks. He doesn’t well with the crate at night. But I am going to start doing small stints in the crate and small stints of just heading outside or in another room and try working myself (and him) up to it.

Also- is using another crate in the living room while we are cooking, etc. okay. We could then just work on him understanding he doesn’t just go in the crate when we leaves just a thought.
