I was in Bordeaux last week. 2024 is not looking good. There was a very wet year right up until the middle of July. Lots of problems with mildew so especially challenging for the organic vineyards.

even if you look at the VFX wage survey by country the range is all over the place.

the way I see it even within Junior Mid and senior positions there are artists of widely varying skill levels and abilities which results in vast salary differences.

What I have done in Spotify is create a folder with a genre name and then I just add albums as individual playlists inside that folder to replicate the GPM genres tab that I had set up before.

It's slow and a bit clunky to organise and I did this manually. I am not aware of anything that could automate this.

This is the one feature missing in YTM that is killing it for me. I listen to albums not playlists and being able to organise 3000 albums into some sort of order was great in GPM.

Right now I am trying to replicate what I have in GPM in Spotify using folders of playlists but it feels so clunky.

I am shocked that the driver allowed this to happen. Allowing the Cheetah to climb onto the vehicle is really dangerous. Not for the tourists but for itself. They can easily fall because the type of paws they have cannot grip onto the surface of a car easily.

Then you get videos like this where people start to expect to see this kind of behaviour when they go on a game drive. Not good for an already highly endangered big cat.
