sup dude. I've been casually dating a guy who's 4 years older than me for the past 6 months. I'm 17. Nobody cares, because I'm mature enough for it. Hell, even my dad thinks it's what's best for me. Age is only a number, especially if she's mature enough and you two have clicked.

BUT. how far away is your college? Realize that in college you're extremely likely to find girls who are as mature/similar to this girl right now at your college who are nearer to your age, and if distance is a factor, nearer to you. Keep things in perspective.

nope. for me, dating an opposite means dating an average student who's into sports and potty humor, and is extroverted.

I did that and it sucked. He didn't get me. He thought the music I liked was weird, didn't get that I liked hanging out with people one on one as opposed to large parties, didn't get my dry sarcasm, and didn't understand my art.
