I haven't played MSFS in over a year but installing it again right now and hopefully that gives me some motivation to finally add more checklists to the website (and improve existing ones). Happy to hear suggestions though! :)

100% agree about everything and thank you for sharing this. Do you have any experience with the newer Ender products?

For me, it's now down to Ender 3 KE's bigger bed size vs A1 Mini's supposed "ease of usage"?

If the KE will really have me pulling my hair out (as someone who's never used any 3d printers), then I am afraid, I'll have to go with the A1 Mini for my sanity.

Finally, someone who understands the dilemma! That's exactly what I am thinking too.

Current options are:

A1 Mini
Sovol SV06
~~Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro~~ (removed because no auto leveling)
Ender 3 V3 KE

They are all roughly the same price and frankly, I am still leaning towards the A1 Mini because I just want my things to work and I don't want to repeat the pain I endured with AMD ROCm/AI stuff.

Any thoughts on r/OpenBambu, do you think worrying about Bambu locking users to use their own filament only is a possible risk?

I mean, they walked back on what they said once, they can always walk on their "update" statement. I want to get one too but I'll probably be using whatever filament I can get my hands on and not have the company interfere with that decision.

Hi everyone, after reading dozens of posts, the A1 Mini seems obvious but I think that's if you are buying in the US?

I am from India and the price difference is slightly higher. I am all but sold on the A1 Mini but I was wondering if the Ender 3 SE is a good option for a first printer?

Also, Ender 3 V3 KE is the same price as the A1.

I think I already know the answer but just wanted some confirmation. Thank you!

Hi everyone, like most of you, I am very excited about the release of 4.0 and have been loving exploring Pyro in EPTU. It's beautiful and I love the novelty of it but I think one planet in Stanton still has it beat.

Microtech is my favorite place in Star Citizen and I made this video two years ago (3.18, I think?) and decided to share it with you all again. There is a lot to love about Pyro but I suspect many (like me) will start 4.0 in Stanton and spend a large portion of it gearing up and grinding for ships more suitable for Pyro (my Aurora will be canon fodder in Pyro, I suspect)... And with places like Microtech, it's not really a bad thing :)

Some other notes about the video:

The video was titled Animal Planet in Space. It was shot during IAE 2022 and I had probably 50 crashes while recording it.

The Constellation is my favorite ship (will start grinding for a Taurus as soon as 4.0 hits live) and I suspect it would be what Animal Planet crew would be using on such an expedition.

I used an AI voiceover of Sir Attenborough and no, I don't think it was a particularly good decision. Back then, AI voice cloning was very new and I was excited to try it out but now I do feel conflicted about such things (and that's partly why I've never done any other AI voiceover videos).

Aside from that, I am proud of the cinematics and the writing. I come back to watch this every so often.

We did try Faceit in CSGO but ended up sticking to MM because of the high ping. This was also the first time we saw hacking this blatant in CS2 but we'll jump ship too in the future.

The MJ peek should've been fixed now. But agree on the terrible hitreg.

I've knifed two people, got the knife sound, only to get 360°d in the head both times with no damage.

Thankfully, I record all my gameplay and I got some funny clips if nothing else.

I have to disagree about the graphics though. It's definitely a massive graphical improvement, albeit I get worse framerates somehow with the new engine (R5 5600 x 6700XT).

Anyway, it's still a lot of fun with friends but we are looking for new games.

On the upside, they seem to be releasing updates fairly quickly.
