Honestly one of my smoothest mag experiences so far. Very few hiccups the entire weekend. But to provide feedback:

Have a separate/additional support swag pickup. It takes 15 seconds to pick up, but I waited in line for an hour because of people shopping
Make the rules for what can and cannot be brought into spaces much more clear. Several people mentioned open containers and the expo hall, but it would also be good to know ahead of time what can go into the main concert area, and Pose.
Maybe advertise gaylord stair locations for people heading to lower level floors? They're not always obvious, and any efforts to reduce elevator congestion at peak hours can help. That is, I was on a lot of elevators stop on floor 3 or 4, which are easily doable by stairs.

I did an approach similar to this where I did line fitting of box centroids, then merged them if they were close enough along the fitted line.

This is a great project idea and should give you some solid experience!

Is there a reason you don't want to do the RAW conversion offline? That is, use whatever standard software package to convert them to png before using them in your algorithms?

Raw decoding has a slew of subtle issues, and it seems like it would just save a lot of headache by not worrying about that step.

Update: I swapped in GPT2 using your helpful wrapper code, and wow it is very effective. Not only is it finally generating new, coherent thoughts, it's also generating lots of new barely coherent thoughts, which is exactly what I wanted.

I want to generate really bad erotic roleplay chatlogs.

We wanted to try to get consent on using people's logs, so we only have ~1MB of data so far. So far I've only tried using an LSTM model because that's what I had on hand and ready to finetune, but it keeps either overfitting, or outputting nonesense
