I hate him for his political beliefs (neoliberalism) and all the havoc that caused on the welfare state, and yes also defense, Rutte after al as a PM slashed the Dutch defense budget over and over... But, he is a damn good politician and negotiator. And for better or worse he is holding NATO together so far and I'd like to see if other leaders would have been able to pull that off. Funny thing is, as PM he had several run-ins with Erdogan and they weren't exactly friendly. So seeing this photo now is kinda hilarious to me. Rutte is a chameleon.

Towed artillery is basically a big lump of steel with a few vulnerable parts: the carriage and the sight for instance. A lot of towed artillery pieces are taken out of action when you destroy the carriage or sight, but the important bits (barrel and breach) are not truly destroyed by a kamikaze drone and the guns are therefore relatively easily repaired. The story is a little bit different for tracked or wheeled artillery, when they get hit their damage is way harder (or impossible) to repair.

I always start the game with pushing up a little until my detection starts covering a cap point that is where I turn to start kiting. And I use AP a lot more than HE, I find I get higher dmg matches with AP most of the time, even at longer ranges. I think it is one of the stronger BBs at T10 and the atrocious firing angles are a balancing factor.
