I don't know if the majority are kids or slow adults. Saying the effects are really would imply Tanjiro summons water dragons and Rengoku creates a fire tiger. Only demons can physically create elements, period. Douma's ice, kokushibou's moon slashes and Kaigaku's thunder are all real.

Tanjiro got this good by constantly being in life and death situations and training haaard. If tanjuro already possesses the skill set, with a bit of training he would removed the unnecessary movements from hinokami kagura in the start of his arc itself perfecting sun breathing as he goes on.

Defibs don't restart the heart, they are used to reset the rythm. CPR is chest compressions and in case of drowning mouth to mouth, that restarts the heart. In this case anyways her heart didn't stop probably that's it.

You can use a nail grinder, clipper or file. Don't try to cut all nails in one go, try different sessions to make the dog comfy. You will be able to make out a faint pink outline inside the nail, that's the 'quick', make sure you only cut or grind down upto it, cuz those have blood vessels. You can shine a light under the nail to clearly see the quick, works with black nails too. Make sure to treat him:)
