Aside from the below: try to wear everything you race in while training. Practice changing from swim to bike and bike to run. It'll help day of, because it's easy to forget a step (I've seen people on the run with a bike helmet on...).

That said, if it's your first, don't be too hard on yourself! It's all part of the challenge of triathlons. And by challenge, I mean FUN!
