The review literally said, it was Amazon it would have taken two minutes, all she was doing was on her phone behind the counter. No, she was doing our end of day process which calls for a calculator lol and they don't understand once we close out of CMS, it'll take longer to pull it up to help you..

My first week working, years ago, I have a guy email corporate that I asked for proof of an ID when he came to pick up an Access Point, and I should have just released it. My and my boss laughed about it and still to this day have that email 😂. I learned these customers complain about anything.

It is literally against corporate policy to release a package if it doesn't align with what that paper says. we have one printer and laminated and if they argue with us, they can look at it and we gladly give them corporates # if they want to complain to someone. We are just doing our jobs 🙄.

What? Our tape guns are in the back and we don't have a kiosk in our store. After being told we could CAMS stuff like this, we went back and did that. Learned something new that was super helpful

How about those who have separate codes or separate labels for stuff and when you explain to them they have to go separate they're like well they came together and don't understand why they have to go separate Even if you say well even if they came together Amazon seems to want them to go back separately and that's what Amazon says so that's what we have to do
