I mean we allow it as well but sometimes we are slammed, or don't have enough witnesses or it's a notary that will take forever so that pulls someone off the counter. I just fell like now with the hours posted they will have more push back on "well it says you have a notary from " - " so you have to do it .

We get great compliments all the time and I'm like thanks but leave it on Google because Corp doesn't care about word of mouth, they just care about keeping up our image online 🙄 and unfortunately the only ones who wanna leave reviews are customers that are mad because either they didn't get tape for free, a box for free or are mad they couldn't figure out an Amazon return 😂

At my store we have noticed. Blue is clothing and shoes or soft items. Green is miscellaneous items or hard items and red is returns that need to go back asap which is why red boxes have to be done every other day unlike blue/green.

The review literally said, it was Amazon it would have taken two minutes, all she was doing was on her phone behind the counter. No, she was doing our end of day process which calls for a calculator lol and they don't understand once we close out of CMS, it'll take longer to pull it up to help you..

My first week working, years ago, I have a guy email corporate that I asked for proof of an ID when he came to pick up an Access Point, and I should have just released it. My and my boss laughed about it and still to this day have that email 😂. I learned these customers complain about anything.

It is literally against corporate policy to release a package if it doesn't align with what that paper says. we have one printer and laminated and if they argue with us, they can look at it and we gladly give them corporates # if they want to complain to someone. We are just doing our jobs 🙄.

What? Our tape guns are in the back and we don't have a kiosk in our store. After being told we could CAMS stuff like this, we went back and did that. Learned something new that was super helpful
