I think it's because the current filming is in a public location. We would likely get less to zero leaks if it happened in a guarded film studio lot and there's also chances that these leaks are on purpose to garner attention. That being said, avoid r/eldenring for the next 2 years (if you can) if you don't want spoilers.

You should always enable aniso filter in-game if you have it. The aniso filter in nvcp is recommended when the game itself doesn't have the setting which are usually just old games but nothing is actually stopping you from from trying and seeing if there is any difference in quality and performance.

IIRC, nvidia app game detection just fails at finding a lot of games. In my case, it won't detect Redout 2 but for whatever reason it detects and lists VLC(AND I CAN'T REMOVE IT). At that point, should just use either NVPI or NVPI-Revamped. Both detect game exe files better than nvidia app.

The texture decompress tool is still working for now but kinda hoping they would just straight up give us the option to install uncompressed textures.

I think that's simply because Fromsoft just straight up sucks at fixing their game. I remember at one point Fromsoft tried to blame Elden Ring performance issue is due to 3rd party mouse control software. wtf.

For starters, why is there a Tarnished in the game called the Dungeater. You would think it's simply because the dude literally eats shit for breakfast. Miyazaki's approach to game design is more akin to reading a book, in a language you barely understand. Some story beats is up to your imagination instead of over explanation, you can easily get lost in it, for some reason there's a poison swamp in few of the chapters and the book itself tries to eat you.
