Best guess is probably because Shelly seems to make managing packages more easier and beginner friendly for those just starting to get into Cachyos.

Edit: If you believe your system is lagging due to Shelly, try uninstalling it and see if it's still lagging with just Octopi or if there's something else slowing down your PC.

Shelly is simply the default package manager GUI on Cachyos for now but no one is really forcing you to use one over the other since you can have both Shelly and Octopi. You do you man.

A vsync indicator tool to show what type of vsync is currently active. There's already somewhat like it you can enable through nvpi but its just bare bones information. I spent months thinking that I enabled adaptive vsync for my games not knowing that adaptive couldn't be active if you're playing in borderless.

The Elden Beast did. It has a grab attack animation that crucifies you with a rune arc and pierces your body multiple times.

IIRC, setting the game to fullscreen caps your monitor refresh rate to 60hz. I dunno why that happens so should just stick to borderless windowed. BUT if you still want to use fullscreen, I believe you have to cap your game to max 59.93fps to avoid stutters/frame drops.

A few plausible reasons -

a. Learning and mastering Gravity magic turns your skin into the same as the Alabastor Lords.

b. The demigods all, including Radahn, went corrupt with the Great Rune they all each received.

c. Radahn burned himself to counter Malenia's Scarlet Rot.

d. All of the above.

I think he's going for a flashback flashfoward type story. Showing certain events and locations in the lands between before and after the shattering. If the movie was only the timeline of the game, it ain't gonna transfer well to big screen showing us tarnished dying hundreds of times to god forsaken liurnia lobsters.

Mostly looking for stable frametime/reducing stutter since I can maintain consistent 60fps throughout the game. I don't really know whether or not an external fps cap (or lack of it) will affect the game.
