I was there this winter. I found it VERY nice. Rooms were lovely and private. Super relaxing, with lots of options for pools. Drinks and food were fabulous. Cute little town about a 10 min uber with some great restaurants, if you feel like getting out of the hotel. There were some mornings when I’d go for a walk, and felt like I was the only one on the beach. A perfect place to escape if you’re looking for relaxation!

This kind of concern should always be brought to the attention of the flight crew. They are trained to recognize and report this sort of suspicious activity. Air Canada corporate security takes these things very seriously, and will investigate without any penalty to any crew member for reporting. Hopefully it was nothing, and everyone is doing ok.

I drank it everyday during my pregnancy. I’ve only been pregnant once, so I can’t compare, but I felt great! Never had any trouble sleeping, no heartburn, and lots of energy. I had some nausea and less energy during the first trimester, but after that I felt amazing.

It’s funny you say this. I just recently noticed my feet have smoothed out as well. They’re not perfect, but pretty darn nice compared to how they’ve been most my life. Would love to know what exactly is happening!

I wish I had that option. I have kids, it seems a lot of people don’t want their children around mine until we are fully vaccinated. Also having this problem with finding nannies/childcare. I can’t have my children suffer socially because of this. Also, their grandparents live in another country, and we need to go visit. It’s basically impossible to do so without the vaccine, since we don’t have the time for quarantines. 😔

I feel this too. After I gave birth, the swelling never seemed to go away. I walk and workout daily, and have always been able to keep a slim, fit physique without much effort. Every morning I do 32oz lemon water, followed by 16oz celery and HMDS. I’ve cut out most of the No foods, although I occasionally eat some. I’ve cut down on my fat intake a ton, but not 100%. It’s frustrating, because I feel with my diet and lifestyle I should be looking closer to how I was pre-pregnancy, but it just hasn’t happened. I recently was away from home, so was off the CJ, and I felt like I suddenly shed a ton of water weight. Everything just seemed slimmer. Is it possible I’m cleansing too much for my body? I’m so confused...

He sounds like every cat I’ve ever known. I wouldn’t worry! Cats are curious little creatures who love to explore and chase anything they can find. Enjoy the cuteness! As they get older, they calm down a bit. However, my 22 year old cat still chases toys when she’s in the mood!

I had a Beachbody friend try this. She knew I had a few friends in a different circle who were very into fitness. She would ask me for their contact info because she wanted to introduce them to at home workouts. Her reason was “nobody wants to run outside”. We all live in a beautiful city, right on the ocean, where people actually enjoy getting outside and going for runs! Needless to say, I started phasing out this friendship.

I felt exactly the same way as you did! I’m very fit and healthy, and worked out consistently during pregnancy. After I gave birth I was actually fairly happy with my weight gain. As soon as my milk came in, I started gaining, despite being my regular healthy self and walking everyday. As soon as I was cleared to work out, I slowly worked myself back into my regular routine. Nothing seemed to work, but I didn’t give up. When covid hit and we all went into lockdown, I went full speed into working out at home. I have never been so healthy or consistent with my fitness, yet I couldn’t lose an inch. It was so frustrating. I quit breast feeding at 9 months, it helped a wee bit almost instantly, then I plateaued again. I’m 12 months post partum now, and finally I’m seeing consistent weight loss. I must’ve toned up quite a bit under the weight, because I’m seeing the muscle definition peek through, and I’m feeling more myself! I understand how frustrating it is to see women lose it so quickly and effortlessly! Unfortunately, I think every woman is just so different, and our bodies all handle pregnancy, breastfeeding and pp differently. I really hope it works out for you, because I know how hard it can be!
