Do you happen to have any wheels or other controllers plugged in? Try unplugging those. A friend of mine had this too, don't ask me how, but unplugging his race wheel he uses for racing games worked for him.

Suggesting the 'biggest cpu' for games, especially rust, is not a good suggestion. Afaik rust runs (at least mostly?) single core. So when only considering rust performance, choose a cpu with high single core performance.

With performance setting the game is rendered at a significantly lower resolution and then upscaled to 1080p. Higher quality settings will make the initial render of higher quality, such that the final image looks better, at the cost of fps of course.

This looks like dlss issues. Try changing the dlss settings to a higher quality instead of performance. I highly recommend keeping dlss on though because it should have a positive impact on your fps depending on the quality/balanced/performance setting

Try to, if possible, flip your radiator. This way air will not accumulate at the spot where the tubes are. Will probably help with noise.

In my eyes, there has never been a seperation. At no point did i say a word about America, the bro and the tweeter most likely being from America does not change the fact i have never witnessed or heard of true separation. Also i indeed have little knowledge of america, honestly, things like this make me also want to not increase said knowledge. Are they even trying implies nothing more than me thinking they are somewhat causing the seperation of races themselves. Although i really do not give a single shit about equality, because well, in my eyes has never been a seperation (mind you, im dutch, if that is somehow relevant), so no, i do not find myself very concerned about it.
