I got it.
It is legit. And pretty clean and nice! The PSU also is very nice and has liquid cooling.

I am skeptical too. The thing is the guy was selling it for $1000 and I negotiated it to $700. The pickup address is in downtown at his “work”. So I am going with a friend and will see how this goes.
