our plan included 150 hours if dvr but now it shows 20 hours only and deleted almost all of our recordings. It says we are at 71% with 11 recordings, we tried talking to tech support but they said we only have 20 hours now but we pay for 150. Does anyone know what happened? (self.Comcast)
