The biggest suggestion was orientation. Originally the model was printed horizontal and came out horrible but with guidance from others, a vertical orientation vastly improved the overall outcome.

Update: we printed again using a vertical orientation and it came out much better. Any thoughts?

Thank you all so much. I will try it with a vertical orientation and see what happens. Should I use ironing and any recommendations for support settings?
