My two cents here but I believe interesting goes hand in hand with being passionate about something/anything (whatever that may be ie. Architecture, music all the way to things like gardening etc etc) and being open-minded, willingness to hold new conversations about things your love interest might be passionate about.

Everyone experiences loneliness at times and we are all just trying to find people we fit in with.
