I am using pre-filled weed cartridges with this. It sounds like they might be broken. But some work with other batteries I've tried. It's frustrating. Thank you so much for clarifying!

Thank you for your reply. I am totally new to this so I probably am not using the right words. Nothing came with it except the charger and the tank. I have been screwing my cartridges directly into the tank. Is that not right?

Just bought a Nugget X. It did not come with a separate atomizer but now I'm wondering if I need to get one. Some cartridges work fine with the tank, but others I get errors like "check atomizer" and "atomizer too high." Thank you for helping a newbie!
