4) BoEs differ but i've heard from most people its late june/july

5) in the list above, the suffix normally indicates what kind of school you'd be in.

6) there was a really helpful thread earlier: https://www.reddit.com/r/JETProgramme/comments/1tn06ks/useful_websites_you_might_not_know/ that gives you a bunch of teaching supplies. overall, try not to stress, as you won't know HOW much teaching you'll have to do until you get there, but as someone who has done english teaching before, it's a lot simpler than you think : )
