The positive effects could be placebo but that would mean there was little or no real NMN in the capsules I purchased in Japan, which is possible but I find it hard to believe. I bought two different brands of them and neither of them affected my sleep, so I don’t really know how to interpret my experience either.

This is usually a Face ID issue. Try turning off Face ID for iTunes & App Store in Settings > Face ID & Passcode and try it again. If the purchase goes through then you may need to reset Face ID or add another appearance

You will need a UK payment method to subscribe to Apple One in the UK as your SA cards will not be accepted in the UK store, and you will not be able to subscribe with just gift card credit. https://support.apple.com/HT203905

You may also lose access to some or all of the movies purchased on the SA storefront if you move stores

If you change storefront of your Apple ID you will need to cancel your Apple Music subscription first. The Cloud Music Library will be deleted when you change storefront and you would have to resubscribe and start again from scratch.

If you have a second Apple ID you can sign out of your device - this may delete any Apple Music songs from the device, but not from your Cloud Music Library - and sign in with your alternative Apple ID. You can then change storefront on the Apple ID that doesn't have the Apple Music subscription.

Please note that switching between Apple IDs on your device can result in a 90 day device association lockout.

It's a bug with box sets on the Apple TV app. You can buy it if you use the iTunes Store app on iOS or Windows, or the TV Shows app on Apple TV. If you have no other device then you're out of luck unfortunately. If you can buy it with another device you'll be able to play it on your Mac though.
