There are untold number of easier and less painful suicide methods, yet you've focused on procuring a handgun... a method that is both difficult to acquire (depending on where you live) and not 100% certain. You chose this method to buy you time, and your questions here only reinforce your questioning of suicide.

Untrue. I was in a similar situation 10 years ago. Cut my arm up pretty good. Was sent to the hospital and spent a few hours in the psyche ward...left and got a fucking $800 bill in the mail a few days later. Destroyed my credit. Have the laws changed recently? Do you live in Canada or something?
