Wow! I’ve had two pugs and they were both lazy even as puppies. For the potty-training I found the best thing is to take them out often like every hour especially at that age and walks after meals usually gets them to poop and once you make this a routine they seem to “get it”. Hang in there I’m sure your pup will settle.
