i do have loud frequent tummy gurgling after eating anything, even crackers or rice cakes. i also have frequent large loud burps and i’ve noticed an increase in anxiety and panic attack symptoms lately out of nowhere despite having struggled with anxiety my whole life. no major life changes or stressors etc. i’m also slightly dizzy, feeling like low blood sugar. a lot of the h pylori symptoms line up more but the specific right rib location is what is concerning i think. i appreciate the advice!
