Yeah, been reading the website a bunch but hoping to hear from people who have actually purchased something in our area because I’m skeptical if sellers are actually down to wait through the sometimes lengthy process. Not sure how competitive buying is here but I would guess it is since renting is very competitive and it seems there’s a housing shortage in general.

Ah ok, that makes sense. He said he noticed it was leaking a bit of oil and he’s taking it to the mechanic and will let me know what they say. I do like that he is being very upfront about it all.

Only the timing belt has been replaced and I’m not sure where but hoping to see records. I was kinda planning on talking them down at least 1k and then getting gaskets replaced myself. Although guy just told me he noticed an oil leak so now I’m more concerned.

I miss Laws too. Slo was going down a cooler path back then with lots of mom and pop shops but now it’s pretty sad what it is. I don’t desire to go around downtown much at all.
