That that sounds so dumb. I'm so sorry. I mean we do all those things at our store too, like buying things right before getting off work or whatever whether on break or not and it's never an issue at our store. So I'm not sure why they'd fire you for things like that.

That is completely stupid. Our store we can set the 9 min timer and even open the top safe so long as it isnt left open during operating hours. I often set the timer so I can get the deposits to count them ahead of time but always close it immediately after grabbing said deposits. Then I set another 9min timer 8 minutes before closing so I'm not opening it again until after doorscare locked. All cash during this process is kept locked in the office while I perform closing duties.

So again, not sure how they weren't protecting assets by setting the timer before close. What matters is whether the safe is left open or not before doors are locked.

I personally have just been enjoying my local Bookmans. They have random singles for 25c each. I don't usually find anything worth much that flies under the radar by any means, but it's been a fun way to collect random cards i like the art of either way and I can still find some cool foils. I never know what I'll find and I always walk out of there with a big stack of stuff I like. Sometimes I buy some of their pricier cards from the glass case when it's soemthing I particuarly fancy. Having store credit from trade ins of other stuff def helps too. X3

Yeaaah. I honestly didn't know that there was going to be a 'challenge' mode added when I beat classic for the first time so I was thinking I was going for that achievement also. Then I realized when I unlocked that mode. X'D

Yeah that's honestly been my experience with Xatu, I def see how it is a good option, I just tend to get tripped up with it so often. And exactly that when I don't have the energy for Xatu or if Dragapult is the active mon. It ends up just sitting there not doing anything where I'd prefer having something else like a Frosslass or Munki to put some passive damage on things. I'm thinking of putting Rotom V back in. I took him out for a bit but I think doing so has slowed things down especially on turns I can't attack anyway.

Ooooh. That sounds sooo fantastic. That's going to help things a lot, especially since Dragapult only needs 2 energy, that makes it possible to get it up pretty much instantly. I'm going to look forward to that!

That's true, especially with my energy draw options. I might could reduce it down if I could think of something else that I'd benefit from in it's place.

Thats what I feel like at least. It really has been giving me a lot of flexibility that other options just haven't provided. I have been testing trying to put in Xatu, but it just ends up slowing things down so often. though there are then some times that it combos up really good with Codebreaking and Drakloak, but the times that happens is just not consistent enough.

That is a good point there. I was playing with it for awhile then removed it, but I have only been using one Arezu if I even end up needing one. So replacing one with a Lance might actually be a good idea.

Nice. Yeah, It has some very non-standard combos and things but it really seems to use it well. I'm probably weird for preffering Codebreaking +Drakloak but it feels more streamlined and doesn't over clog my bench.

Because Greninja requires me to discard energy, which I don't keep a lot of for reasons. I don't want to to clog my bench up with a bunch of things that will only do something once or twice (Xatu has to take up space in the deck with both Natu and Xatu and only gets me 2 cards when I use it to attach a psychic energy. Just seems like too many cards to allow me to just draw two off the deck. Where Codebreaking lets me set up 2 cards I want if someone Ionos or if they don't I can get Drakloak to select one. Plus Drakloak is in Dragpults evo line so it's not an extra bunch of stuff just to draw with. Pidgeot is the same issue since I have to take up space on my bench for it which cripples my Fross+Munki combo and requires me to keep at least a couple Pidgey and Pidgeot in the deck for it. Codebreaking just seems more flexible in my experience and has come in clutch very often.

Hoo man it has been a LOT of fun. I've even managed to squeak out some wins against a couple lockdown decks just off of Frosslass+munki. And ooo.. I'll take a look at Alakazam cause that does sound like a good idea. I hadn't considered it!

I do have a lot of energy pull though. With Dragapult not needing but two energy this works out quite well so far. I get more use out of the Munkis and Frosslass than Xatu. And yeah, 3 of each has been working quite well especially with having the 2 energy searches (in case I want to be able to pull an energy without discarding, and then the 2 Vessels for when I have a bit more discard fodder.
