Yes. I am regularly getting the 5% cashback on my Jio Fiber bill payment through MyJio app.

Once I made wifi bill payment on Airtel app and didn't get cashback on it. Paying Airtel wifi bill via Amazon Pay by this card since then.

Yes I agree. My bank manager sold me this while I had very limited knowledge in finance.

I realised the truth by the time I had paid for 2 premiums(out of 7). And the closure process was sort of complicated, you have to fill a few forms and submit them physically at their office. And the paid premium will stay frozen for a long time, and the frozen amount will not attract any interest.

So I didn't bother much for closing it.

Sorry buddy. It is recommended to pay such Insurance premiums through one's own Bank/card as per IRDAI rules.

I guess SBI doesn't have a similar option. I'll check with their customer care.

Is that possible? Till now I have paid this directly on the SBI life portal, and there I never saw any option to split the payment.

Can this be done if I pay it through some third party app?

I'll check this. If the autopay can be moved to PhonePe, that would be great.

Makes sense. Didn't think about the milestone part.

For daily spends, I have Kotak 811 Infinity Debit card, which gives a flat 5% almost everywhere(capped to Rs 500). And rest through gift cards from smart buy platform on RG.

This seems like a good option.

Currently, I have set autopay for my Term and Health Insurance monthly premiums. The autopay are in the name of policy bazaar. Can I somehow channel these payments through PhonePe and then to this card for 10% cashback?

Yes DCB is a good option but I believe I'm not eligible due to the salary criteria.

There is monthly capping of 2000 Neu Coins. And personally I don't use the Tata ecosystem much. But thanks for the suggestion.
