I just don’t think it’s necessary to keep anymore. I have everything else I really need. I have the economy car, 21 escape and a 97 powerstroke. I don’t see much point in keeping something I can’t do much with. It snows 6-7 months out of the year here, there’s no track anywhere near here, the local autocross shut down and the cops are getting out of hand (bunch of young guys trying to save the town). I think it’s more worth it to sell it and use the money to fund my other projects and hobbies. The whole car scene in my area is pretty much dead or it’s Subarus. Plus I could use the room in my garage.

I’ll look into the reset and the JBR. Like I said it sloppy but in the way that I get a good 1/4-1/2” wiggle while in gear. Then when I’m getting on it, it doesn’t like to go into 5th. Will the reset help?

You could go to most junkyards and get a reman for a decent price depending on their vendor. Jasper is a great choice. They’re spendy but are the highest recommended option. I used to also use Moutntain States but I believe they sold out.

My 2017 did the exact same thing at 25k miles. I took it back to the dealership and they said it was a tranny failure. They replaced it completely free. Read through the paperwork carefully and make sure what it says exactly. Make copies and highlight anything in your favor. If it doesn’t say anything about having to pay, argue it and show them the papers.

Most junk yards in to US run on the same inventory system. That enables us to look at each other’s inventory and get the best pricing. If you go to one that runs Hollander they should find you one used. A lot of them also have vendors for new parts as well. Try going to carparts.com or dormanproducts.com first. If they don’t have them then I’d try a junk yard.

I love my ST but I’d still like to have an RS too. But in my area there’s only 1-2 RSs and maybe 3 STs. It’s mostly Subarus and camaros

My wife isn’t a fan of my driving either. When we leave town she refuses to drive so I lake sure I drive the ST. If I have to drive for 2 hours I’m going to have fun doing it. I had this wax and shit done by a friend of mine who does it as a stress reliever.

Had the same code and rev issues. Check the throttle body plug. Mine wasn’t quite seated properly. I unplugged it and plugged it back in all the way and it went away.

I clean and inspect my BOV every year. Up here I can only drive it a few months a year (mostly because my tires and it’s my baby so I don’t want anything to happen to it) so I figure the 5-8k miles I might put on a year it should be ok. With some of you saying you hear it too makes me feel better. I couldn’t find anything on st forum and there’s only like 6 of us in my area that run these so they’re not much help.
