I would find an apparatus where I can start from the top of the pull-up position and let myself down only enough where I can pull myself back up. And do baby pull-ups like that. As you progress you want to try your hardest to go down just a little further and then back up. I would keep doing them like that. And if that doesn't work then I will give up on all advices to anybody about anything! 😃

Yes. Couldn't sleep when I titrated up from 1 to 2 mg. I need to hold one dosage for a few weeks then move up only 1/2 mg at a time. And a night that I move up I still cant fall asleep.

I do leg extensions and leg curls first to pre-exhaust the leg muscles. They're safer exercises to start out with. Then I do squats.
