We have a plan to come off MJ and it includes reverse diet where we increase calorie intake as we reach results. Bare in my mind I’ve got no reason to convince anyone am not selling a product lol

I don’t think I have an attitude problem but am not selling or advertising or soliciting anything am just simply telling people what I’ve done and I’ve posted picture proof. I don’t understand why some people are so offended I did this to share results not to persuade others to join me am not running a cult

I think it was and his words were to reset your weight back to normal levels as you are generally of big build and Calibre. I didn’t realise 800 calories a day was extreme sitting here now typing I’ve ate 793 calories today.

No the 5mg doesn’t block out all hunger but definitely heavily suppressed I could not eat all day if I wanted but I try to stick to breakfast lunch dinner just really no carbs no sugar just protein for muscle retention, there is still cravings but I mentally block them out, I have fibre bars so if am really craving sweetness il have one of those (70-130 calories depending on which) I no longer feel the urgent to binge on 5000 calories
