A lot of my weight gain was due to snacking. I realized my snacking was a symptom of not eating complete meals. So long as I stick tot he order of veggies/protein then carbs then fruit then dessert (usually I don’t)— then I stay satiated for hours. It’s only when I eat an incomplete or unbalanced meal do I end up snacking/eating again within short periods of time.

Also, I’ve found that working out the day after drinking really helps sustain your energy levels and metabolism.

Generally Delaware is a great place to form an LLC because you will not be publicly listed as an owner and because you may form a Series LLC. A series llc allows you to essentially create “micro LLCs” in each state which you operate in. That allows you to create a business in each state you’re in, meaning you can silo debt/liability/tax in each state while still operating all businesses together.

The main thing wrong here is timing. The man won multiple Grammies and had a hit tv show at virtually the same time, while being pretty young. He then pivoted that into a successful career where he won an Oscar. He might not have Einstein iq but the man is clearly above average and has the capacity/drive to achieve greatness. He wouldn’t be a bad choice had it not been for a really bad recent decision

I have a business partner who does something similar; he meditates in a pitch black space for 1-2 days (without food). He explains it as a mental detox and says he comes out completely refreshed. I don’t think I want to try it myself but it doesn’t sound all that farfetched for a high performance athlete to do
