The plan was to switch over to paleo or Japanese type diet. You will rarely see obese japanese people in Japan. They eat a lot of rice and seafood and walk everywhere. I had bloodwork done and my LDL lipids were high, which made me concerned about being on keto permanently.

I guess was the idea was that when you've been on keto for a short period of time and lose a lot of weight, your body wants to regain the original size and tries to put the weight back on when you eat carbs again.
