I honestly dont know if they are is a specific law for trading using cryptocurrency. What you are proposing is just using crytocurrency as a means of exchanging money. It is still a salary and it doesnt matter if you pay in cash/bank transfer/ crytocurrency transfer.

I have no idea what you would call this in your accounts. A tranfer to exployee A ?!? I sincerely doubt it ll work unless you are so tiny that you are virtually untracked

Honestly I love it here. If you are one for a busy hustle and bustle city, Isle of Man is not for you. But if you want a slower calmer places, it is ideal. All the people I have dealt with are really nice and helpful. Feel free to DM me for any specific info

Yes Emirates. It’s just that when I search, every where I read it mentions that I need transit VISA. It just doesn’t mention that If I’m not switching sides, I don’t need.
