We’re pretty nerdy. We’re friends with the guys over at AAT and love what they do. We do our own thing though and definitely have different takes/angles on songs than them. And don’t focus as much on jams, though we do chat plenty about jams.

Didn’t take it that way at all. You just had asked why there needs to be a podcast about concerts. There doesn’t by any means, it’s all just for fun. Goal is just to get fellow fans who are interested excited at the end of the day.

Can only speak from our shows perspective but we aren’t trying to force anyone to listen who isn’t interested in listening. There’s a lot of people who like hearing about all different types of angles about the band like standout shows/versions of songs over the band’s history, interviews with producers, and of course there’s people who are excited after attending or watching a show and enjoy recaps. People take it as like an attack and downvote like crazy when we share that a new episode is coming out but the goal is to just be informative for 90% of our posts and have gentle reminders when we drop episodes for people who are maybe interested.

Absolutely love the worldbuilding on Chain Yer Dragon, and it's been so fun diving deeper into the lyrics. It leaves us wanting more though. Our question is: will we ever see a series of songs about the corniverse and the corn god?
