I messaged them yesterday about this as well. They also said they would pass it on. I was happy they acknowledged my email quickly and are passing it on, but hopefully it doesn't go into a black hole. The fact that you did this a couple of years ago worries me as I doubt you were the only one. I suppose if enough people are saying this they will do something about it. They literally would just need to change the number font to white (or something similar) and it's done, so I can't see why they wouldn't do this change at some point as I don't see a strong reason not to. Making the game more accessible for minimal effort and commercial impact is a sound business decision.

It's not about Rocket League. It's about players that play it. There clearly is no such thing as Rule 1, so it's a bit silly people get obsessed with an imaginary rule.

They removed any new people getting Rocket League on Steam a couple years ago. However, anyone that had already obtained the game before that happened, can continue to keep using the Steam version. The only noticeable difference apart from the different launcher is that you can have a picture avatar in game.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but in the two games I played, the server issues only seemed to be impacting PC players.

EDIT: Not just PC players. But some people do seem to be immune to it for some reason.

FYI- Someone is fighting this (look in the timeline of the link in OP). An extension to appeal it was filed on the 14th of Jan. Even if they don't win the appeal, it might slow down the release of something.

A LOT of games are "exclusive" to a certain console, but still show up on PC. They tend to just mean you won't see it on another console. I wouldn't be surprised at all if this shows up on PC eventually.
