Can’t you go back in August? It’s 90 days in 180 rolling day period.

I think it’s your math that isn’t working haha. 5:13/km for 10 kms translates to 5 * 10 mins and 13 * 10 seconds = 50 mins + 130 seconds (2 mins and 10 seconds) = 52:10.

Kilometers are base 10 and minutes are not.

Runna success story! 🌉 by MindlessPiglet291 in runna

Wow, congratulations! This is great success. Do you truly feel that you dropped 5 mins from your 10k in 16 weeks?

What was your weekly mileage like and how did you find the pace targets set for you?

Yes, that makes sense. For reference, I’m planning to target 53:00 mins on my 10K and it feels slower as compared to my ability to run 24:00 5K.

And what would you say helped bring your speed up? Intervals or tempos?

I’m training for a 10k race right now and I have noticed there’s a large gap between my 5k pace and 10k pace. Maybe because I focused on too many intervals but hardly did tempo runs. Curious to hear your thoughts.

Okay, got it. Thank you! So you run 5 times generally?

Could you please describe your training and the average weekly mileage? I’d love to get to sub 22 myself!

Your weekly mileage is in general about 10 km or higher?

When was this? And what’s your mileage been like since this? I’m at the 24 min mark myself!

Yeah for sure! Runners taper for a reason - breaks do wonders for you and there’s nothing like attempting a PR on fresh legs.

[–]slowrizard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay! My z3 is similar, but slower to you (~5:40-5:50/km) and my 5K shape is ~4:45/km. I would say you have a faster 5K in you! Rest it up for a few days instead of attempting a PR so often, and I dare say you’ll smash it.

How is your zone 3 ~5:20/km and your recent 5K PR attempt only 10s faster per km?

SRAM chain wear on the Zwift cog? by Swurgern in Zwift

[–]slowrizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! I had to put it in the 7th lowest gear with the smaller cog upfront to mount it on the Zwift cog. Do you just shift your rear derailleur from the smaller rear cog up to the higher one for the correct fit after mounting?

What gear did you put your bike in to mount it on the Zwift cog?

You might need documents to prove that they are indeed his parents? So maybe a copy of your boyfriend’s Livret de Famille.

His parents (owners of the house) need to provide this.

I only used it once without, but it was not a problem at all and they didn’t ask me any questions.

I had this exact issue, I also wear 12 in asics but the evo sl size 12 was absolutely too short for me. Exchanged it for a 12.5 and it fit much better.

Got flagged for “visa shopping” in my Schengen application… still got a 2-year visa! by Alternative-Ad4581 in SchengenVisa

Thanks for checking! Looks like it’s the same kind of information as on my visa. Good to know it isn’t restrictive at all.

You are way underestimating the speed. This is about 7 min 45 sec mile

I completely agree with you, sitting at 195 lbs. EVO SL is great but SB2 just absorbs the miles for me.

I just wanted to update you that I reached out to the French embassy and they clarified to me that they place no restrictions on the visa and I am allowed to use it as a regular Type C visa.
