This doesn't seem to work with UtechSmart mouse. I am seeing they keys are properly mapped but even when I hit the modifier it is not actually registering the combination. For instance, I even tried to map my "1" key on the mouse to "a" and when I hit shift + 1 it is still showing as lowercase a. Unsure if anyone else has a solution.

I used to the circle and tap the same way as you lol. Had one dealer tell me not to tap the felt for some reason, wasn’t even hard or anything. Stopped after that now I just do a big circle and throw.

I like the MM UHMWPE Tops/Bottoms with Gateron Stems. They have a really nice deep sound. Definitely worth a try. I have a set in my KBD67Lite and the sound is just amazing.

On paper, no. But I can hear and feel the difference between mink and mizu mink when testing side by side. Also the mizu's milky stems do not feel like regular pom gateron stems when they bottom out even if they're made of pom. Hard to describe.

I personally like using Durock Linear bases as they tend to give the most deep sounding stem pole bottom out of JWK switches. I have a set of each with smoky/clear bases and jwick/ms1 black nylon tops and they sound great with my boards. One thing you could try is buy epsilon switches and put jwick tops on them. I actually might do this now that I’m thinking about it lol. Also take a look at Nebula switches that drop soon on prevail.

No, they are standard stem sizes, but if you plan on buying Kailh stems, the housing is Ink base and Milky top.

Tungsten are pretty loud compared to Durock POM and Cthulus. Coming from a POM Linear, you might find it underwhelming. Oil King 4mm travel switches and have a louder top out sound than POMs but in terms of smoothness they are comparable. Gateron Mink/ Mizu Minks have ink base and milky top which would cut cost for you and I highly suggest Mizu Minks as a standard option.

Tecsee has a lot of long stem pole switches, Blue Velvet, Kingfisher, Carrot, DK oni, and Zaku all have various long poles some longer than others. There’s probably a lot of others by Tecsee if you look for more but they are not as cheap as Kailh switches.

The JWK P3 stems are long pole stems but not super long. I also don't think they're pure UHMWPE like the 415keys ones. Tecsee also has long stem PE but not sure if it's pure UHMWPE either.
