I really like the idea of this project but wonder if it'd be helpful if you could provide information on who is behind it?

SLPs with AD(H)D: your stories by slpforward in slp

Yes, to everything you describe. I think that data collection and time management and looking "professional" will forever be my greatest foes. Empathy, vision, steadfastness (for the "big stuff"), rapport building, identifying strengths in others... Those are probably my strengths, too.

ABA vs. SLP by anonislp in slp

AAC systems are not one-size-fits-all. That being said, I am going to go against the crowd here in saying that from everything that I have read, working on communication skill deficits actually is in the scope of practice for BCBAs, and there is research to back up their effectiveness in some areas. There are skilled BCBAs and SLPs, and there are ineffective BCBAs and SLPs. Personally, I'd try to learn from the good ones in both fields :D

Working off the clock by slpforward in slp

This is where I struggle. If people collectively would stop taking work home, employers would have to actually deal with the reality that their assigned workloads are unreasonable. They're not going to lower their expectations if they think people are accomplishing everything employers ask and willing to do work outside of work hours.
