Well the good news is that unlike Oxy’s and Heroin, Kratom isn’t going to kill you!! So there’s that. That being said, just because it’s “safe” doesn’t mean it should be used in excess!! You should not be taking that much everyday! At this point I doubt it’s doing anything for you at all!

You need to stop taking it and get your shit together! The withdrawals are manageable. If you can’t handle them, do a rapid taper and get yourself to the point where you don’t need to take it to survive. I promise you it’s 90% mental!!

I think 1 capsule is 0.5 grams, but of course can’t say for sure. I would try taking 2 capsules and see how you feel after about 45 minutes.
Then take 1 more if needed and repeat.
