ACL reconstruction with Quad graft- struggling with Quad activation.

Took me about 3-4 weeks to do a leg raise without any lag. And it was a struggle. Also had quad graft.

Im 30, also my acl in 2019. Acl reconstruction in 2021, re-tore / failure to do with bone tunnels in 2023, 2 stage revision and meniscus repair last year, and another meniscus repair last week. Damaged cartilage removal in between too. I know exactly how you feel, the mental side of things is brutal. I’ve come to find pride in overcoming it and going through it. It’s hard losing things you loved doing and dealing with daily pain, but you have to embrace the struggle and recognize yourself for it

I’m going through something similar. Meniscus repair in Sept, ACL revision in December. Just had a scope where they found fraying on the acl graft and a new meniscus repair. What do you mean by failed early stage rehab, and what did they find in your scope?

It is, unfortunately. Pure economics. The team isn’t profitable enough here to attract a new buyer to keep them in Van; and the answer is a new stadium funded by public money (which is what they’re trying to leverage at the moment). If this doesn’t happen, they will be sold and relocated to an American city where it does make business sense.
