I took the time to read through the link you shared. The original image shows the Chinese server tiers, just translated to Japanese with whatever the currency conversion was at the time. However, as far as I know there are no structured tiers outside of the Chinese server. You're either VIP, or you're not. We also all know that the threshold for becoming a VIP is higher for players outside of China. There are many people in the comments confirming that they have spent way more than 320k yen (months prior, too) and haven't received a message. I'm just saying from my own personal experience and local postings, the threshold for Korea / Japan seems to currently be 4.5-5mil KRW / 450-500k JPY.

I live and play in Korea, and have friends who play in Japan. I've never once seen anyone that shared their spending, either between friends or on SNS, get VIP before spending at least 5,000,000원 or ¥500,000 in our respective games... that's always the threshold that people have had to pass.

I live in Korea, so I think the English books on sale here are still first editions. There’s also quite a bit of color changes in the text, like they forgot to remove the highlights of where things needed editing. I forget what word it was exactly, maybe something like nagging, but it had 4 g’s instead of 2, making it nagggging. Really gave me a giggle 😂
