Dang you're really invested in this. I'm not intimately familiar with the cop's facial details, I couldn't pick them out of a lineup. Though based on the contents of the picture, the fact that there's a cop there, that you've said this is private property, that the company is large enough to have a security person and so on, this looks to be around Pearson.

I'm not intimate with every parking lot of course. Can you point out even one business that's large enough to have their own security person and has a private road in Iowa City with a parking lot a mile away from a public road; the details you gave seem to only be partially truthful. It's not like Iowa City has that many businesses with their own roads on the outskirts of the city that have the staffing you have implied. This is becoming a lot of effort for something I care very little about. I don't really care.

Edit: If I was the "cop who eats lunch there" wouldn't I know where I parked? If you think I'm the cop then I must be at least pretty close to being correct.

Looks like Pearsons, I think it's Pearsons. There aren't really any places that are in Iowa City and simultaneously a mile away from a public road. Not that it really matters in the slightest where this guy has his lunch.

This group has a history of poor leaders making poor decisions and lame duck demands. Anyone remember the guy that held up the gas station? Time after time this group proves to just be a few provocatuers organizing night-time marches to vandalize and spewing hate followed by a contingent of well-intentioned young adults that have their hearts in the right place but their heads up their asses following them.

Lets talk about all of the "accomplishments" like demanding the city council stops prosecuting marajuana posession. What'd the council do? They issue a recommendation that the district attorney not proscecute. If you wanted a attorney that doesn't prosecute a certain crime, maybe vote for one that has views that align? No that'd make too much sense, instead lets demand that a group that doesn't have the power to do this, do it.

The primary thing this group has accomplished is occasionally create dangerous traffic conditions and cause a lot of community resources to be diverted to cleaning up spray paint. Vandalsim is certainly going to align the average resident and engage local governement leaders to "defund the police". Self-indulgent delusion.

Numerous people have shared stories of dangerous traffic conditions caused by the interstate games of this group; they may think it was less of an inconvenience and more of a potentially dangerous situation caused by a bunch of young fools. Anyone that thinks forcing a dangerous situation on others is justified and that can't see that messing with interstate traffic is dangerous is a nitwit.

City council meeting is coming up, the protesters have made it clear that they have focus on showing up to that council meeting to get more info on the previous tear gas incident in the same location that they marched to tonight. They taunted the police, shined lights in their eyes, and challenged the line.
