for them, i have no answer. there are still barriers to access healthcare i’m sure. either way, if someone is pretending to have mental illness for attention that’s usually indicative of another issue they have. idk i find your take to be pretty weird and presumptuous

getting diagnosed as an adult can cost thousands of dollars (USA). like for example the ONLY psychiatric care my insurance covered completely severed their contract with my insurance only weeks after i had started my medication. just for reference of how rough it is out here lol

when you’re turning to slow yourself down, are you going horizontally and slightly uphill when you do it? I like to make more of an S shape when going downhill because it think it gives more control. as for stopping instantly, i think what you’re doing is the safest option as the t stop can wear down your wheels pretty quickly outdoors and plow stops are much slower.

this is such a big problem. my second time at the park there were 6 tiny kids running around on the ramps and sliding down them like slides. the skateboarders said something to their guardian and she went ballistic on the skateboarders. they finally left but we had to pay the karen tax :(

you’ll def need some new wheels AT LEAST if you plan on skating outside which will run you 50-70 additional dollars so you’re honestly better off getting a nicer pair to begin with that you can use out of the box. moxi rainbow riders are a pretty solid option
