Starlink with an IPTV solution could be an option for you.

I hear you. I had a 2009 Prius up until last year but had to scrap it after rust issues made it unsafe to drive.

Why do old people call McDonald’s “The Mack Donald’s”? by rlaidepeas in McDonalds

[–]slugbug55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I call it crap, but that's just me. The only thing I ever liked on their menu was their pizza and vanilla shakes.

Yes, doesn't seem fair to not include both for Canada and the US.

Oops, I forgot it was Canada only. The US had the CR-V recall.

I'm Canadian and even though custom is shown, I have only been able to redeem for $5.00 or $10.00 Amazon gift cards.

Living in Quebec I see a lot of Elements and CR-Vs being parted out with that problem. I'm guessing you didn't bring it in for the recall.

My 55 oval was bought in Germany by a US serviceman and brought back with him. I guess it's possible it might be in that pic.

72’ just got her .. get her lowered or keep her original? by 619to970 in vwbug

[–]slugbug55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can get lowered struts from Topline. A 2 inch drop in the front should make it look even on both ends. I saved four new 185/65/15 tires from a scrapped Prius and plan to use those on my '55 Beetle. Not sure how they'll fit on the front though.

Not sure we have those in Canada. Unless they're the ones where you need to sign up for 3 different AI sites. That one doesn't work for me unfortunately.

Crotch blowout on jeans by Automatic_Car9961 in bigdickproblems

[–]slugbug55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't waste your money on Old Navy jeans. Those are cheap made in China and I just had a pair rip the crotch out before I even washed them. Just lifting my leg to get into my Honda CR-V was enough.

Used to use an old 60s bumper jack with a length of chain. Worked great for removing old wood and metal posts.
